Hello Everyone!
This update is for those of you living in Australia and New Zealand. Fulfillment in your area has begun! In fact it should be finished by the end of the week. If Friday passes you by and you did not receive an email from Let's Play with a tracking number, please reach out to us and let us know.
Once this is done we will be completely done with fulfillment of three projects at once! Hooray!!

Hi All,
I'm happy to report that all orders have left the Nord Games warehouse. If you backed multiple Kickstarters that all arrived from production together, then you'll receive a single big package with everything in it. All US and EU backers should have received tracking numbers, but if not please reach our to us at [email protected] or use our contact form: https://nordgamesllc.com/contact-us/
For Canada and Australia/New Zealand backers: We are freight shipping all the orders to fulfillment partners in your country. They will be the ones shipping your rewards to you. This will avoid value added tax (VAT) as the packages will be shipped within your country. We're sorry for the delay, but we hope you'll appreciate not having to pay the additional fees just to receive your rewards. This is the first time we've done this so there was a bit of a learning curve.
Other Regions: if you're in a country that's not part of the US, EU, Europe (Non EU), Canada, or Austrlia/New Zealand, then your order would have shipped from our warehouse in California, USA. If you haven't received a tracking number please get in touch with us via the ways listed above. We're sorry that we don't have fulfillment partners in your region, but rest assured that we are working on acquiring more fulfillment partners as thing continue to grow.
New Process: due to the circumstances with COVID-19 we've had to make some major changes to our process. We now do all of our production in Europe. This is why our EU backers received their rewards even before the US backers. In the future we may be able to have our production facility ship directly to our 3 fulfillment partners to achieve faster fulfillment times. These fulfillment partners are located in the EU, Canada, and Australia. Regardless of the logistics we are happy to finally have regional fulfillment partners which will allow us to be "EU Friendly", "Canada Friendly", and "Australia Friendly" from now on.
We greatly appreciate your patience with us through all of the complications and slow downs over the past year. We hope that you enjoy your backer rewards and support our various projects in the future. In the meantime please continue spread the word about Nord Games and enjoy some quality time around the table (or virtual tabletop) with your loved ones!

Hello everyone!
I am sure you are all anxious to receive your product as much as we are, so here is a quick update on that.
-Both books and decks made it to California safely.
-Due to the holiday there has been a back up at customs/docks.
-We will receive all card based items tomorrow with the books to come shortly after.
-We have been in daily correspondence with the shipping people there to ensure it gets to us ASAP.
That is it for updates right now. We ill post another update as soon as we begin shipping!
