Hi All!
It's been so exciting to see the turnout for this project! We just wanted to say thank you for all the support, shares, and overall encouragement you've given us. We hope that you're able to get together with friends and family over this Easter weekend and enjoy yourselves.
Please continue to share this project with your friends as we enter the final two weeks of the campaign!
New Office/Warehouse Facility. With your help we've been able to invest a lot into our little company. We've upgraded the Nord HQ to a 4500 square foot office/warehouse and hired many new employees. We are still growing into it as you can see below, but every day we are getting things closer to perfect! The only thing we are missing is a huge boardroom table to run epic D&D games on!

$60k - Take That, Goblins!

As of time of writing, we have a total of $60,539! Which means, as much as we love every one of our hideous goblin babies in Revenge of the Horde, we have given them a damn good thrashing, and there's still 15 days to go!
Three new sections have been added to the book since the last update - a full chapter for Mongrelfolk, and two appendices for Animated Objects and Lair Maps (as well as a smattering of Dread Beasts throughout the body of the book, which we are very excited to dive into).
We're planning on putting together some updates going into a bit more depth about some of the creature types in the book both here and on social media, so keep an eye out. Also, don't forget our Q&A this coming Sunday - we'll have more information for you about that once two-thirds of those on the call are back in their homeland (we're in San Diego at the moment, and very nice it is too, but not the most conducive for scheduling or getting a huge amount of work done).

The Weekend Cometh

Well now, I'd say it's not going too badly at all.
You may have noticed that we've ordered and added dollar amounts to all of our original stretch goals. We've got a couple more ideas for us to stretch to, but we'll discuss those once we've got a few more of the original batch under our belts. As it is, we have just managed to get a leash and collar on those Dread Beasts, so prepare yourselves for all manner of gross, dead animals.
Looking forward, our illustrious social media manager, Megan, will be hosting a live Q&A on Sunday, April 21st. A recording of our previous Q&A can be found here if you are interested in checking it out (it was 4 AM for Megan. It got a bit weird). If you have any questions or topics you'd like discussed with regards to The Dreaded Accursed, please get in contact with us on social media, leave a comment here, or just tune in when we go live!
As we head towards the first weekend of the campaign, please continue to spread the word about the campaign with friends, relatives, and local warlock circles. We've got some great momentum so far, and you've all helped make the project a huge success, so keep it up!

Another Day, Another Poll

Hey, so you know how I said yesterday that The Dreaded Accursed had the second best first 24 hours of any Kickstarter we've done? Well, you obviously took that as a grave insult, because you've only gone and given it the MOST successful first 48 hours! Thank you all so much - when I inevitably summon my terrible army of undeath to wreak havoc upon an unsuspecting world, you guys will be first to be risen. And I really mean that.
The people have spoken! This was a closer race than the first, but the next three stretch goals will be Lair Maps, Mongrelfolk, and Animated Objects. That's 3 whole additional chapters added to the book! Think of my poor fingers!
As it stands, we have unlocked full color artwork (not to mention we're nipping at the heels of those dread beasts)! As you can imagine, there are a lot of monsters and a lot of sketches to color, which will take a fair bit of time, but hopefully we'll be able to share some updated artwork with you in the not-too-distant future.
Now, you know what comes next. Vote, my pretties! Vote on the order of the next three stretch goals:
We've got some more surprises in the works as the campaign progresses, so keep an eye out.

Amazing First 24 hours, and Stretch Goals Unlocked!

Greetings boos and ghouls,
Well, what a turn out we've had. Thank you to everyone who has backed so far, and made this our second most successful first 24 hours of a Kickstarter ever!
Now, onto the more exciting news of the day - stretch goals! The results are in and the clear favorites were Undead Player Options and Full Color Artwork, followed closely by Dread Beasts. You all obviously have some twisted fantasies you all want to fulfill, but in full technicolor and accompanied by loyal, undead pets. You will find no judgement here.
So, as you will see if you check back on the main page, Undead Player options are UNLOCKED, and we are hot on the heels of that sweet, sweet full color artwork.
As always, we must look to the future, so let's get voting on that next round of stretch goals, right here:
